Session 1: Reclaiming Your Infant Self
During our first session together, we will focus on the newborn and infant self. Here we will explore, uncover and heal your sense of safety, trust, security, needs, and feelings of belonging in the world. This is the foundation to healing your inner child.
Session 2: Reclaiming Your Toddler Self
During our second session together, we will focus on your toddler self. Here we will explore, uncover and heal your sense of autonomy, and feelings of shame and doubt.
Session 3: Reclaiming Your Pre-School Self
During our third session together, we will focus on your pre-school self. Here we will explore, uncover and heal your sense of power, control, and guilt.
Session 4: Reclaiming Your School-Age Self
During our fourth session together, we will focus on your school-age self. Here we will explore, uncover and heal your sense of accomplishment and success, belief in yourself, and healthy pride.
Session 5: Reclaiming Your Adolescent Self
During our final session together, we will focus on your adolescent self. Here we will explore, uncover and heal your sense of personal identity, independence, and a secure sense of self.
