Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Boulder Hypnotherapy, we are committed to providing the highest quality psychotherapy and hypnotherapy services. Please review our policies carefully before scheduling sessions or purchasing packages.
Individual Sessions

Refunds: Once an individual session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Prepaid Sessions: If you cancel a prepaid session more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty.
Packages

Non-Refundable: Packages purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.

Expiration: All package sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

Recommendation: We encourage new clients to book an individual session first before committing to a package.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee.
Special Circumstances
We understand emergencies and unforeseen events may occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Boulder Hypnotherapy.
