How to Attract Money Into Your Life

Recently there has been an explosion of discussion regarding the Law of Attraction. If you’re not familiar with the concept, it’s actually quite simple. Positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. In other words, you’ll receive good things or bad according to what you focus on.

If you focus on the positive in your life, then more positive things will come your way. If you spend your time and energy focusing on the negative, then you’ll attract more negative things.

You can use these principles to harness the power of the Law of Attraction to attract more money into your life.

Follow these strategies to attract money:

1. Express gratitude. If you want more of something, like money, you must first express gratitude for what you have presently. Gratitude is a powerful positive emotion. Be thankful for all that your Creator has provided you this far.

You must be sincere in your thanks. If you don’t honestly feel the gratitude, then you won’t be able to attract more of what you want.

Stay focused on what you do have. Remember, if what you feel and focus on is actually your lack of money, it will only attract more lack back to you.

2. Picture yourself with the money. Visualize it in depth, as if you already have it. You want to see yourself holding the money, touching it, and feeling how happy you are with it in your life.

Imagine sitting down paying all your bills and buying expensive gifts for those that you love. This will send a positive message out that is to be returned to you.

Be consistent with sending out these strong positive thoughts and feelings. Mixing it up with negative ones about money sends a conflicting message.

3. Rid yourself of negative thoughts. It’s imperative that you eliminate as many negative feelings as possible. Make a conscious effort to find the positive in everything because your negativity won’t be rewarded with positive results.

Are there others out there who are positive? You bet! Do your best to find and emulate these people.

When life hands you a bunch of lemons, it’s time to make lemonade. Find the silver lining or take action to make something positive out of the situation.

4. Have Faith. There are countless documented cases of people who received their heart’s desire by using the principles found in the Law of Attraction. Those people are no different from you!

Faith is a positive feeling. If you truly want to attract more money into your life, then faith is a must. You have to believe deep down that something like this can and will happen to you.

It’s time to truly believe that you’re deserving of anything you desire.

The Law of Attraction has helped many people live their dreams. By following its simple principles, it can happen to you as well. Profess an open mind, a willing heart, and a joyful spirit and, in return, you will be rewarded with whatever you request!

I acknowledge my power. I know that I can change any area of my life if I am willing to work at it.

I manage stress. I relax my body and mind with yoga and meditation. I take a warm bath or listen to soft music. I reach out to others when I need help.

I live authentically. I take pride in being an excellent version of me instead of comparing myself to others. I put my own principles and priorities ahead of external expectations. I celebrate my unique strengths and talents.

It is time for me to shine.

After all of these years of pretending to be smaller than I really am, it is my time to shine. I am ready to put my best foot forward and show the world what I have to offer.

I am sharing my greatest skills, talents, and gifts with the world. I am comfortable showing the world my true self. I am making my true nature available to everyone. I am sharing the best parts of myself.

I may have been too self-conscious in the past to have enough comfort to show myself to the world, but that time has passed. Today is a new day and a new chapter in my life.

I am growing so much that I feel like I might explode! The time has come to allow myself to be seen as I truly am.

It can be challenging to be willing to receive love at times. I might feel guilty or undeserving, but I know this is silly. I know that I am a good person, and I deserve all the love and compassion that come my way.

The more love and compassion I receive, the better I feel.

The world is full of loving and compassionate people. These are the people that give and receive love and compassion freely. I am one of these people. I appreciate these people. I feel good about myself when I exhibit these qualities.

Each breath I take is a reminder of my blessings.

Each morning and evening, I inhale blessings and exhale gratitude. The breaths of air that enter my body keep me alive and awake to endless possibility. I treasure and respect my blessings of life and strength.

With each breath, I think of something that I am grateful for. I am able to spend hours per day doing this because the list is so long.

When I sit in the presence of my friends and loved ones, I take a few moments to soak in the present moment. I inhale their essence and the joy that they bring to my life. Taking in their spirit fills me with so much peace and satisfaction.

I take in the positive energy that surrounds me. It builds me up and keeps me going. It provides a reason for me to push through even the most difficult times.

During those rough days at work, I take a moment to meditate on my accomplishments. I remind myself that, although today seems impossible, my history shows that I overcome challenges.

I am enough, and I have enough.

Today, I am humbled by all the goodness that my life presents to me each day. There is so much to be grateful for. I say “thank you” for the blessings and my ability to share them with the world.

[Podcast] Post-Traumatic Growth From Coronavirus

What Is Post-Traumatic Growth?

In this episode, Kelly explains what post-traumatic growth actually is. It relates to how we look at situations through our own personal lens. How do you look through the lens of your life? Certainly, Kelly looks at her life through the lens of growth, transformation, and spirituality.

We’re continually trying to find meaning in our lives. Coronavirus is a time of rebirth and regrowth. Although it’s challenging for so many, it’s an opportunity as well. In addition, it’s time to stop. Slow down and tune in with yourself. Let’s live our most aligned and most highly purposed lives collectively. Besides, life just literally stopped – so who are you now? Or who do you choose to be as we move forward in this new way of living?

Furthermore, Kelly speaks about going forward in her own life. Instead of having PTSD, we can have the experience of post-traumatic growth. How present is the fear in your body? Let the fear speak because it has a message for you.

Above all, according to Kelly, once you allow the message to move through you, then you can be free. If your fear could say anything in the whole world, what would it want to say? After letting the fear speak, people start to feel lighter and freer. In other words, we need to build tools and resources to get out of fear. Probably, it is also advisable to do this type of work with a professional such as Kelly so that you can recover with greater ease. It’s your birthright to have peace in your heart, mind, body, and soul.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Later, Kelly talks about heart-centered hypnotherapy, how she got involved with hypnotherapy, and what it took her to get there. At one point, Kelly’s personal relationship and business crumbled simultaneously. It was devastating. However, Kelly was utterly transformed after on session with a hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy has changed Kelly’s life from a puddle to starting her own hypnotherapy training school.
